Overview
TNE.ai's position is that an organisation transformed by someone else's model is not transformed, it is rented. The platform is built so a business runs its own proprietary AI models on its own data, free from proprietary lock-in — which changes what the organisation owns at the end of the programme, not just what it can do during it.
My advisory work there covers two things. The first is enterprise AI strategy: the sequencing, sponsorship and capability questions that decide whether a deployment survives contact with the operating business. The second is the convergence question — what quantum computing does to AI deployments that are already in production, which is a live planning problem rather than a speculative one for anyone with a long infrastructure horizon.
