What makes a good fit.
There’s a real decision on the table.
A budget, a board paper, a roadmap someone has to sign. I’m most useful where a choice is actually being made, not where the topic is still interesting in the abstract.
The constraint is the organisation.
Deep tech meeting a conservative institution — regulated industries especially. If the technology is the easy part and adoption is the hard part, that’s my ground.
You want the uncomfortable read.
The value of an advisor is the thing nobody in the room wants to say. If you’re after validation rather than judgement, we’ll both be disappointed.
