Overview
Zapata Quantum works at the point where quantum research stops being a paper and starts being a production decision — case studies running across aerospace, finance, energy, healthcare and manufacturing, each one asking the same question a board asks: what does this actually change for us.
The Growth Advisory Board exists so that scientific leadership is matched by disciplined commercial execution. My part of that is the enterprise side of the equation — adoption strategy, executive engagement, and translating quantum capability into scalable organisational competitiveness. It is the same problem I spent twenty years on inside a bank, pointed at a newer technology: the science is rarely the reason a programme stalls.
